I had a problem in my LCD TV after 1.5 years of purchase i immediately called sansui and lodge a complaint
The very next day the Engg was at door steps i was really happy he said the mother board has to be replaced and its 1 yeras i think i called them more then 100 times still no one was able to complete the calls.
In an argue or anger i am writting this post in my blog so that people should least prefer Sansui TV as the customer level satisfaction is zero, and even when i spoke to there customer care loudly there are figthing with customer its like i am purchased shit with investing so much money.
So Guys listen Sansui service is the waste service in the world and i warn you this, be carefull
